EduGlobal Inc. is a Toronto-based Canadian education consultancy specializing in admissions processing, financial aid coordination, compliance management, and student services for Canadian institutions. We operate with structured systems, compliance standards, and high-volume case processing. We are expanding our backend operations team in Nepal and are seeking an experienced Admissions Administrative Coordinator with prior consultancy experience.

Position Overview

This is a backend admissions and financial aid operations role designed for professionals who have previously worked in education consultancies. The selected candidate will work directly with our Canadian Financial Aid Officers (FAOs) and admissions team to manage:

Documentation uploads
CRM updates
Compliance filing
Case coordination
Backend operational support

This role ensures front-end advisors can focus on student communication while backend systems remain organized, compliant, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Portal Management
Upload student documents to college/university portals
Review documentation for completeness and compliance
Track application statuses and deadlines
Maintain organized digital filing systems
Financial Aid & Compliance Support
Work closely with Financial Aid Officers (FAOs)
Upload financial aid/OSAP-related documentation
Maintain audit-ready financial aid records
Ensure structured compliance tracking
CRM & Case Management
Update CRM accurately and consistently
Maintain detailed case notes
Track escalations and missing documents
Coordinate between backend and front-end teams
Internal Coordination
Communicate with Canadian management
Resolve backend documentation gaps
Support high-volume application processing

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Experience (Mandatory)

Only candidates with prior consultancy experience will be considered.

You must have:

Experience working in an education consultancy (e.g., Expert Education or similar agencies)
Hands-on experience uploading applications to college portals
Experience handling admission documentation for international students
Familiarity with CRM systems
Understanding of compliance and structured filing systems
Experience working in a professional office environment
Ability to manage high case volumes accurately

Note: Freshers will not be shortlisted.

Language Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Fluent in Hindi
Fluent in Nepali
Professional written English is mandatory.
Technical Requirements
Personal laptop (high performance, suitable for multitasking)
High-speed stable internet connection
Quiet work environment
Ability to consistently work night shift (Canada time)

What We Offer

Salary: NPR 40,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience)
Location: Remote – Nepal-Based Candidates Only
Work Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Canadian Time)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
