We are seeking a full-time Intern - Administrative Assistant who is highly organized, dependable, and capable of learning structured administrative and client-facing processes in a real operational environment.

This role is designed for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in education administration, student services, or office operations, and who value hands-on experience, mentorship, and future career growth.

Working Hours: 8 PM to 4 AM (Nepali Time)
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension after the performance review

Role Purpose

The Intern - Administrative Assistant will support EduGlobal’s admissions and financial aid operations by assisting senior staff with documentation, application processing, client communication, and internal coordination.

This is an execution-focused role requiring attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Documentation Support

Assist Admissions Advisors with student applications and file preparation
Organize, review, and maintain student documentation
Track application statuses and follow up on missing documents
Ensure records are accurate and up to date

Financial Aid & OSAP Support

Assist the Financial Aid Officer with OSAP-related processing and updates
Support document collection and compliance requirements
Maintain structured records for financial aid files

Client Communication

Communicate professionally with students and clients via email, phone, and in person
Provide clear information and updates under supervision
Escalate issues appropriately when required

Administrative & Office Operations

Support daily administrative tasks and internal coordination
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
Assist with general office operations as needed
