  • Should be familiar with local admin resources like vendors and suppliers
  • Good proficiency in English language both spoken and written

  • Self motivated, service oriented, a team player and leader strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time

Job Description

  • Responsible for a diverse range of administrative and general office support service functions includes monitoring of office vehicle, environment, canteen and fulfilling procurement activities
  • To set and meet cost containment and cost reduction targets by pursuing opportunities through alternative sourcing and benchmarking besides carries out cost reduction activities
  • Sourcing process includes review of technical and commercial specifications negotiations with suppliers and service providers, qualification of suppliers and service providers and final selection of suppliers.
  • To complete all the internal company procedure to certify a supplier or service provider
  • To collect all kinds of administration expenses data and making monthly analysis report.
  • To solve any kinds of problem or complains that may arise during the administration operation in the office
