Job Description

For our administrative unit we are looking for an experienced and well qualified Admin & HR Coordinator with the ability to work independently, plan strategically and handle a broad range of administrative tasks and responsibilities. We are seeking a new colleague with comprehensive administrative experience, excellent communication skills and a proven record of efficiently managing employee files, compensation and wage structures, benefits administration, recruitments, employee orientation and other HR and accounts related chores.

The Admin & HR Coordinator will work in close collaboration with administrative staff outsourced by external service partner (accounts and HR services) and coordinate the work of the administrative unit in alignment with company policies and guidelines from the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of administrative tasks and HR management
  • Responsibility for employee contracts, personnel records, leave administration
  • Maintenance of staff lists, attendance records and office inventories
  • Job advertisements, interview planning and contact to applicants
  • Reception, briefing and orientation of new employees
  • Handling of user accounts creation and access to IT-applications for employees
  • Organization of employee Performance Appraisals
  • Planning and organization of training activities and courses
  • Office procurements and communication with suppliers and vendors
  • Contacts to external partners
