Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk and provide a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain and update records, files, and documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparation of reports.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable at all times.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Relevant professional certification and experience
