  • Ability to manage, delegate, motivate, monitor and control team activity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels 

Job Description

  • Ensuring proper functioning of all the administrative works and logistics management
  • Supervising the Administrative Support Staffs
  • Negotiating and dealing with the vendors for the purchase of different items and goods
  • Preparing Comparative Statements and issuing Job/ Purchase Orders
  • Keeping proper track and record of all the company assets
  • Coordinating with Accounts Department for the payment of different vendors
  • Coordinating for different activities and Programs
  • Providing support to the Human Resource Department ( when required)
  • Ensure proper recording of all transactions
