  • Must have Bachelor Degree or above in a related field, such as administration/management with fluent English communication (Verbal & Written)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in International HRD Agency or 5 year experience in Administration/Management in Similar or higher positions
  • Must be able to use/operate standard office equipment, such as modern phone systems, copy/scan machines etc.

Job Description

This position is required for our International Security Training & Management Wing under UK Based Elite Security Company in Nepal. The incumbent should meet the following requirement. Special package (Negotiable) will be offered to the deserving candidates based on expertise, experience & qualification . 

  • Responsible for the direct client coordination internationally 
  • Sound Knowledge of E-correspondence in a most professional way and ensuring to provide immediate query support to clients through emails & telephone calls  
  • Responsible for providing complete administrative support to our national and international wings by maintaining and bridging communication relationship between international client and organization.   
  • Maintaining client’s schedules, teaching/training program, booking, accommodation and interview, recruitment & selection drives   
  • Upon the receipt of new demand need to share the same to the training departments
  • Responsible to maintain Visa received records and to share that further to all the concerns
  • Responsible to maintain complaint logs and to forward that to the respective client’s after complete verification
  • Ensuring full circle of recruitment, training & deployment process of selected security guards by coordinating with other department
  • Keeps the records of all relevant administrative
  • Responsible for the raising invoices to clients
  • Maintaining monthly deployment, repatriation and visa expiry report
