Play Nepal is an all-star team of young, fun, energetic athletes committed to help every child thrive. It was established on 7 February 2017 as Pvt Ltd with the vision of Building the nation where all children are prepared to lead healthy and physically active lives. We engage all kids aged 5-14 in games and play that promote a healthy body and a healthy mind. We runs our program serving over 15,000 kids of different schools inside Kathmandu valley. 

Play Nepal has partnership with Kathmandu University for the training curriculum and UNESCO is the technical partner of this collaboration.

Our team goes to school with unique programming that is:

  • Inclusive: games are simple yet stimulating for all kids regardless of age, gender, or ability.
  • Academic: gameplay incorporates age-appropriate concepts to reinforce understanding in an engaging context.
  • Engaging: activities encourage movement and exercise, shown to improve student attendance and attention.

Job Description

  • Ensure that payments and receipts are made in line with the constitution/ policy and guideline of the company
  • Maintaining accounts general ledgers and preparation of the monthly payroll sheet
  • Management of cashflow and preparation of monthly cashflow projections including P&L/Balance Sheet
  • Coordinate concern outsourcing staff, vendors, service providers and maintain the positive client and vendor relationships
  • Manage and keep records of all the goods of the company
  • Update the all assets register quarterly and whenever the new items are purchased
  • Prepare monthly report of each school in coordination with Supervisor
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to strengthen and maintain the existing customer base
  • Develop, update and maintain database through marketing reports
