JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Admin Associate, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, and supporting different departments with essential administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

In the aftermath of Nepal’s devastating earthquake in 2015, Dochaa was born from loss and hope. The earthquake not only claimed lives and homes but also further endangered Nepal’s cultural heritage, which was already fading. This tragedy sparked a movement. Dochaa was created to preserve and revive Nepali traditions through fashion, using local fabrics and craftsmanship to honor a culture on the brink of being forgotten. The name “DOCHAA” basically is the first type of shoes handmade by the indigenous people living in the Indo-Tibetan belt. What started as a disaster response has evolved into a brand with a mission to keep Nepal’s cultural legacy alive.
Founded in 2017 by a group of passionate dreamers, Dochaa is a brand committed to creating products that meet global quality standards in Nepal. It brings a fusion of tradition and modernity to our wardrobe and continuously seeks to improve itself through customer feedback.
The creators at Dochaa are committed to bridging the gap between our traditions and today’s youth. Incorporating traditional fabrics and their stories into people’s daily lives, Dochaa aims to rekindle Nepali youth’s love for our vibrant culture. Right now, Dochaa is based in Nepal with a growing conscious customer base and an even larger commitment towards our mission.
