Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative operations.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth functioning.
Handle communication with clients and service recipients.
Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in HR activities like recruitment and onboarding.
Oversee inventory and supply management.
Schedule meetings and organize events.
Prepare reports and presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Bachelor's ongoing are also eligible to apply.
Proven experience in administrative roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
