An Admin Officer /Secretary in a recruitment agency provides essential administrative, operational and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations, acting as the first Point of Contact (POC) for clients & their representatives as well as supportive role for entire recruitment team. Key responsibilities include managing high-volume calls/messaging/emails, scheduling interviews, meetings, events, maintaining applicant tracker/data, sharing/bridging information/data, and supporting recruiters & other departments to enhance & facilitate end-to-end recruitment cycle.
