About the job

Handling all business correspondence. Urgent and emergency mails to be replied shortly.
Devising and maintain office and ensure smooth running.
Allocate the job to staffs as per their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the requirement.
Updating the Directors on their related jobs daily basis.
Promoting business in Nepal or overseas in co-ordination with Directors. If needed should go abroad for promoting business.
Ensure all filing system and record of in/out mail, documents, correspondence.
Communicate directly with all agents/candidates to ensure they are updated and satisfied.
Responsible for troubleshooting agents/Candidate’s satisfaction issues quickly and accurately.
Act on behalf of the Directors in his/her absence and monitor the activities.
Handle and encourage the management and staffs efficiently in order to achieve official goal
Report staff’s performance records and submit report to the directors
Arrange staffs meeting and report the details on the topic of most excellent office management (bad debts, staffs' problems, problem in Nepal and aboard, shortage of passport etc.)
