Job Description: The person will be responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Induction and orientation, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Career Planning, Performance Management, Grievance Handling. Human Resource Information System (HRIS), General Administrative matters and should be well conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to Human Resources including prevalent Labour Laws. 


Qualification & Experience Required:

  • Should be a Bachelor Degree (Master Degree Preferred) holder with maior in Human resource Management from recognized University.

  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in large corporations in the similar field.
