Job Specification

Education Level : Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/Ib)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • Minimum of Intermediate level education/ +2 in any subject. Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office management/ project management in any NGOs, Private Company or cooperatives
  • Having two wheeler licenses. Candidates with own two wheelers highly preferred
  • Candidate must be smart and have good looking personality
  • Preference will be given to local candidates having knowledge on industries in Nawalpur, Industrial policies and government plans

Skills and Training:

  • Good English and Nepali Typing
  • Proficiency in office package i.e. MS word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Accounting Software an added advantage

Contract Type: Regular (With 6 months of Probation Period)


Job Description

  • Carry on day to day office activities
  • Work as per the instruction of secretariat and as per the decision of Executive Committee
  • Liaison with Government Agencies and other stakeholders
  • Prepare letters and daily, weekly, monthly reports on behalf of NAI
  • Prepare necessary plans, schedule and checklist to implement the annual plan of NAI
  • Directly involve in membership extension and strengthening
  • Develop program proposals and necessary documents
  • Prepare PR, PO and make necessary purchase for the office
  • Keep daily record of office transaction and accounting procedure
  • Maintain office hygienic, neat and develop working environment
