Job Description

About the Role

As an Admin, you will assist Senior Admin staff and Executive Secretary in HR and Admin-related activities of the organization.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word.
  • Smart with good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Time management qualities.
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving qualities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Correspondence with the client. 
  • Receiving of the document (demand letter, VISA, declaration letter etc.) from the client.
  • Circulate email from client to concerned department. 
  • Communicate terms and conditions to the Recruitment Department. 
  • Plan flight in coordination with flight department.
  • Forward received ticket from client to deployment.
  • Plan pre-interview and interview. 
  • Replace the worker upon cancellation and communicate to client. 
  • Assist in overall recruitment process of the workers.
