Job Description

  • Admin and  finance officer will be responsible for financial management and control
  • S/he also responsible for day to day record keeping of financial transaction; Prepare vouchers, ensure proper budget coding and generating payment vouchers and submitting for approval
  • Prepare monthly financial report (FAS, BRS, Salary sheet, BVA, TDS and Inventory Report) and fund transfer process
  • Support program staff in project planning, phased budget & DIP preparation and budget forecast
  • Timely payments of vendor’s bills and settlement of advance, liabilities and receivables etc and reconcile monthly
  • Develop and maintain filing and archiving system of hard copies & electronic copies
  • Ensure the entire utility facilities/office equipment’s/ machineries is running smoothly
  • Provide logistic support in arranging workshop, seminars, and trainings, visits and visitors. Process and prepare goods and service procurement
  • Coordinate procurement committee for physical verification, auction, and disposal. Maintain compliance requirement in all financial transaction as per local laws, donor requirement and compliance
