Job Description

This position will involve working as a bookkeeping staff, making, and building relationships with our clients, planning and supervising outsourcing engagements, as well as working to provide recommendations for improving and streamlining processes for the practice.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Day to day book-keeping, reconciliation of customer payments, and other expenses
  • Proven ability to make complex and time-sensitive decisions in the best interests of the organization.
  • Checking new deals and agreements in CRM daily.
  • Maintain inventory records, track inventory movement, and keep them updated.
  • Assisting clients with revenue/collection reports and AR reports on a weekly basis.
  • Preparing MIS reports and sharing them with management on a weekly basis.
  • Frequent communication and following up with clients for queries.
