  • Chartered Accountant with 8 to 10 years of progressive experience
  • Sound knowledge of Nepalese Tax Laws
  • Knowledge in implementation of internal controls, budgets, expense & sales forecasting systems will be highly preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills is a must
  • Should have analytical skills and organizational skills as well
  • Skillful in Advanced Excel and other accounting software


    Job Description

    • Prepare documents for loan renew, enhance and coordinate with bank officers
    • Coordinate with the bank for fund management and tracking
    • Analyses of Historical Financial Reports, Make Future Projection and give constructive suggestion to CBO, ED
    • Plan, Develop and Maintain proper internal control system for attaining organizational objectives as per necessary.
    • Make projections for new investment proposals; checking valid market expectations and financial assumptions.
    • Make proper coordination with the various functional department, identify areas for developing the economy, efficiency and effectiveness
    • Preparing Financial Reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and sent to Manager/CFO/ED
    • Preparing documents for Audit & co-ordinate during audit
    • Act as an internal auditor and check for legal, regulatory and statutory requirement where necessary.
    • Deal with local government & tax authorities for registration, renewal, and compliance with the legal requirement
    • Preparing documents for Tax Clearance Letter and receive from Tax Office
    • Preparing documents for Full Tax Assessment.
    • Carefully handle and store important legal documents, and make available as and when necessary.

    CHECK AND VERIFY:

    • Reconciliation of accounts (Cash, Banks, Party, Ledgers, Inventory etc.)
    • Reconciliation of VAT ledger and submitting VAT on-line in IRD Site
    • Verification of TDS before online submission and sent for verification
    • Co-ordinate with customers for receiving required TDS Receivable documents
    • Co-ordinate with parties for Mis-match documents for VAT and TAX Submission
    • Monitor Junior Officers, Accountants and Assistants
