Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, good knowledge of Tally accounting software, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and accounting records.
Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
Record and reconcile bank transactions and maintain bank records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with financial statements.
Perform regular ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
Handle VAT, TDS, and other tax-related accounting documentation as required.
Use Tally for accounting entries, reporting, and financial record management.
Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and other financial activities.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial regulations.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Good working knowledge of Tally Accounting Software.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
Knowledge of VAT, TDS, taxation, and statutory accounting requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office applications.
Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage records confidentially and meet deadlines.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Prioritized with license and two-wheeler.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling complete accounting functions.
Familiarity with accounting and tax practices in Nepal.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
