Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Associate to support daily accounting operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with compliance-related tasks, and helping senior accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain proper books of accounts (cash, bank, journal, ledger)
Prepare and record vouchers, bills, and invoices
Reconcile bank statements and accounts periodically
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (1 year) in accounting or finance.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of Excel and Word is essential.
