Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Autoland Building, Teku, Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will have a strong learning attitude, basic knowledge of accounting and taxation, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of accounting software like Tally is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in accounting, payroll management, MIS reporting, and client communication, while developing their skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage databases accurately and efficiently
Perform regular reconciliations in the designated format
Prepare MIS reports as required
Manage and finalize monthly payroll for clients
Maintain regular email and communication with clients and third parties
Perform other reasonable duties in line with the position and the normal course of business
