Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking motivated and technically skilled Accounting Software Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for software installation, user support, troubleshooting, training, and assisting clients in the effective use of accounting software. Candidates with a blend of accounting knowledge and technical aptitude will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain accounting software systems for clients.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.
Conduct software demonstrations and user training sessions.
Assist clients with software setup, data migration, and system implementation.
Resolve customer queries related to accounting software operations and functionality.
Coordinate with the development and support teams to address technical issues.
Monitor and maintain client support records and service reports.
Perform software updates, testing, and system maintenance as required.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high service standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 / Intermediate or equivalent qualification completed.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Swastik) and computer systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
Prior experience in software support or accounting-related work will be an advantage.
