Job Description

The Accounts Assistant shall perform the following tasks under regular supervision of a senior manager 

  • Bookkeeping/Data Entry & operating Accounting Software
  • Preparing Party Reconciliations, Sales Reconciliation in a designated format 
  • Periodic Inventory and Fixed Asset Verification 
  • Preparation of MIS report
  • Weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Monitoring taxation and legal issues
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place
  • Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business
  • Most importantly, be a part of company's team building activities
