Proficiency in relevant accounting software e.g. Tally
Familiarity with office management procedures and knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Basic IT skills - Internet, Email, MS Office
Have a positive learning attitude
Possess a pleasant personality
Possess good inter-personal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English & Nepali communication skills
Accuracy, thoroughness, attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Willing to join immediately within short notice if selected

Manage all accounting transactions
Make sure that VAT bills are properly kept, filed, booked and maintained in the file on month-wise basic
Doing the required filing of vouchers and properly labeling
Enter payments and receipts into accounting software
Make entries of sales and purchase of goods in software and in purchase/sales register
Reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables on regular basis
Support in other administrative and accounting works
