Job Description

1. Basic Accounting: To prepare vouchers and data entry in software for up-to-date financial data preparation

Voucher Preparations of petty cash, POS, Bank, Inter Branch/Company adjustments, TDS, Pre-paid and Advance Expenses, Adjustment and Reconciliation
Date entry of cash and bank, journal, sales, sales return, purchase, purchase return, debit/credit notes, Challan

2. Reconciliation: For any mistakes, errors

Cash and Bank- Cash Book and Bank Statement and Parties
TDS Receivables/Payables- monthly basis up to verification including the collection of required documents
Obtaining balance confirmation from parties

3. Online Submission/Verifications and Tax Related:

VAT and TDS Payables
TDS Receivables
Facilitating tax Audit and full audit
Follow up for mismatch
Tax-related reconciliation
Visiting tax office, when required

4. Organizational/ Interpersonal Related

To coordinate with different internal departments and stores for timely and accurate reporting
To followup with clients for accurate and timely accounting for VAT and Tax
To maintain accuracy in inventories

5. Software Related

Coordinating and communicating with software company, in case of any software-related situation

6. Costing

Computation of cost of product
Nullifying the TT account
Follow up with custom agent for documents

7. Other tasks as required.
