Job Description

Department: Finance Department 
Reports To: Team Lead

Job Overview: 

The role of the Accounts and Finance Executive involves providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and stakeholders of the business. The incumbent is expected to maintain proper financial management and controls, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, integrity and accuracy of financial reporting. To provide necessary assistance to team lead.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create necessary accounting entries and preparing required schedules for financial statements and update regularly. 
  • Conduct reconciliation of bank statements, allocate receipts & payments to proper systems.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports
  • Proactively collect supporting documents from concerned teams (Nepal and International) and update them in the Xero software.
  • Regularly update invoices in Xero Accounting System for all companies in coordination with international team.
  • Assist Team Lead in preparation of periodic financial reports.
  • Prepare Aged Receivables and Aged payables report.
  • Revenue management and reporting.
  • Comply with the operational policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Work closely with sales, service, marketing, operations & with other departments & units.
  • Handle petty cash expenses for Nepal Office.
  • Ensure and maintain highest standard of accuracy in terms of accounting and reporting.
  • Actively participate in training and seek performance improvement feedback from supervisor.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the reporting head.
