Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts & Admin Officer located in Kathmandu. The Accounts & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, administering payroll activities, preparing financial reports, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven 2 years work experience as an Accounts Officer, Admin Officer, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial procedures, and taxation regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Swastik or Tally, and MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of Nepalese labor laws and regulations is a plus
