CloudFactory is looking for an experienced and capable Accounting Manager for its growing team in Kathmandu . As a Hong Kong based company with operations spread across US, Nepal and Kenya, this position will help us streamline the accounting function for Nepal, Kenya and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have strong background local accounting regulations in Nepal and has interest in learning the nuances of international accounting. S/he will also provide leadership/mentoring to the finance team based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

• Manage the company’s day­to­day accounting and financial functions for Nepal, Hong Kong, and Kenya (billing, collections, parables, inter­company transactions, internal financial reporting, cash managements, payroll),
• Oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output.
• Participate in developing and then overseeing the financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance of the same,
• Overall control of all financial transactions and accounting matters, including audit systems
• Preparing annual reports and financial statements for smooth information flow to support prudent decision making,
• Liaison with the auditors and government offices to ensure timely adherence to legal and company regulations,
• Manage, mentor and grow the current finance team to meet the increasing workload and responsibilities.

Professional Certification in Accounting is highly preferable.
