Job Description

  • Collection of purchase bill from particular vendor and respective staff as on account.
  • Preparation of sales bills, salary sheet, attendance management, receivable and payable sheet on timely basis.
  • Reconciliation of bank statement and client account statement
  • Cheque collection and deposit in bank.
  • Preparation of Petty Cash, Expenses Voucher, Daily Cash Book, Income Voucher on daily basis and entry of voucher on software.
  • Responsible for payment of all electric bills, internet and telephone bills.
  • Preparation of vat, tax statement and pay the same.
  • Submission of report on timely basis to respective Executive Director and Corporate Finance Manager with complete Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
  • Manage the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
