Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate, timely reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system entries, reconciling bank and party accounts, preparing monthly payroll, and handling statutory filings such as TDS, VAT, and SSF.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions.
Enter financial data into the accounting system in a timely and precise manner.
Prepare and submit weekly reports summarizing daily financial activities.
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure all transactions are accurately captured.
Coordinate and complete reconciliation of various party/vendor accounts.
Prepare monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary processing.
File monthly TDS and VAT returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle monthly SSF (Social Security Fund) deductions and submissions.
Assist seniors with additional accounting or administrative tasks as and when required.

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Good knowledge of accounting principles and accounting entries.
Completed / running bachelor's degree with in Account or Finance and/or related field
At least 1 years of experience in related field
Should have experience in data entry and producing reports through accounting software
Should have good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Should have good knowledge of tax, VAT, banking transactions
Should have good communication skill
Should be positive in attitude towards job and organization
Should have intermediate excel skills
Must have two-wheeler license
