Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and reporting functions for our trading business.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting tasks using Tally Software (must be proficient)
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses
Prepare and present financial reports to the management
Manage invoices, vendor payments, and reconcile bank statements
Track credit/debit transactions and follow up on outstanding dues
Assist in import/export documentation and cost tracking
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial flow
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submissions

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Hands-on experience with Tally and accounting best practices
Prior experience in trading/import-export companies is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of taxation, VAT, and compliance in Nepal
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Strong understanding of financial documentation and reconciliation processes
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced trading environment
