We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Fuel Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute their expertise in accounting while working in a dynamic and professional environment. Department: Fuel Department

Core Responsibilities:

Daily Transactions:

Post daily credit card transactions from COGC into Petro-Data.
Ensure accuracy in billing for QTF, COGC, and Clarksville Transportation Company.
Update and verify Vendor EFT entries and Freight Invoices for QT Fuel, COGC, and
Clarksville Transportation in Petro-Data.
Report any significant issues to Fuel team.

Monthly Review & Reporting:

Review and reconcile Monthly Billing, Freight Profits, and store-level gasoline reports.
Monitor and verify daily stick readings for c-store and Modisoft.

Inventory & Maintenance Tracking:

Assist in managing SIR third-party reports and maintaining 30-day inventory records.
Maintain accurate records of ATG reports, spill bucket inspections, and tank insurance expiry dates.
Ensure proper tracking of maintenance invoices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Background:

Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet usage).
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Shift Timings:

3:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight (For Work from Home)
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (From Office)

Salary: Negotiable (Competitive remuneration package based on experience)
