Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient management of daily accounting tasks, supporting smooth business operations in the manpower and overseas recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations, including vouchers, ledgers, and financial records
Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Manage office expenses, payroll coordination, and payment tracking
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities as required
Support management with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control
Supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting
Maintain accurate records for audits and official inspections
Maintain and update flight details and records for overseas deployments
Handle income records, office expenses, and IRD-related payments
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of experience in the manpower or overseas recruitment industry (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (mandatory)
Prior experience supervising junior accounting staff is an advantage
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
Good command of written and spoken English
Smart, proactive, hardworking, and well-organized
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
