Job Description

We are seeking a Accountant to join our team. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can handle all financial and accounting tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be ensuring the financial stability and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including data entry and maintenance of records
Prepare and monitor financial statements, budgets, and other reports for management
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory
Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and industry standards
Monitor and manage inventory levels across all Online platforms.
Track incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accuracy and minimal loss or damage.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies
Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular reporting to higher management
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
