Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Supervising and maintaining data entry for Accounts & Inventory
Analyzing & following-up for Outstanding & Liabilities with the concerned departments
Coordinating with Banks on Funded and Non-funded Limits upon instruction of Management
Coordinating with Banks and Forwarders on International Purchases
Implementing and maintaining Purchase Orders for purchases with preparation of cost sheets
Analyzing stocks, maintaining MIL and reporting to concerned department for purchases
Maintaining and updating complete documents for statutory purposes
Assisting Audit firm for complete Balance sheet submission purposes
Providing daily reports/ledgers, monthly MIS reports to the Management, as requested
Any other urgent work priorities upon orders from Audit Firm and Management

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of tax compliance, VAT filing, and TDS deposit.
Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.

Bagmati Gas Suppliers dealt with Hydropower Projects viz. Trishuli, Madhya Marsyangdi, Bhotekoshi, Chili me, etc. Bagmati Gas Suppliers solely supplied the gases and were the major suppliers of Welding equipments to all the projects. After reaching the heights and specializing in the gases industries completely, Bagmati Commercial Pvt Ltd (BCPL) was found in August 2015 with the motto of Complete supplies of Welding Equipments, Tools & Tackles, Water Pumps, Safety Equipments, WASH construction materials and other specialized items under the tagline of “Bridging the Gaps … ” for complete ind us try building projects and construction projects.
