Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Prepare and process VAT bill entries in compliance with relevant regulations.
Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Stock update maintain

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of VAT bill entry processes and regulations.
Familiarity with MART (if applicable) and other relevant accounting software.
Ability to perform bank balance checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Note: Preference shall be given to the candidates with prior experience as an accountant in a grocery store.
