Job Description

SKR Group is seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain financial records for SKR Group's construction projects.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes related to construction projects.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with project managers to track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
Process payroll for construction staff and ensure accurate calculations and timely payments.
Monitor project costs and expenses, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
Assist in the preparation of project bids and financial projections.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the construction industry.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities regarding financial matters.
Support internal and external audits related to construction projects.
