Job Description

  • Ensure proper recording of bank-related transactions
  • Preparation of the journal voucher, debit voucher, contra voucher, wages sheet, salary sheet, and bank reconciliation 
  • Keeping a record of creditors, debtors 
  • Recording petty cash-related transactions, and ensuring proper compliance as per Financial Administration Rules
  • Compiling and presenting reports, business plans & financial statements 
  • Prepare asset, liability & capital accounts entity 
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, and summarizing accounts information & trends
