Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for someone who can enter daily sales data into the accounting software and can sell at the shop. Age does not matter. We are looking for bright and positive people who can serve customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with established deadlines
Ensure accuracy of financial data in the financial reporting system
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Reconcile accounts and prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting projects

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
At least 2 years of accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet tight deadlines
