Roles and responsibilities of this job

Filling in Monthly VAT Report.
Maintain proper Book Keeping, stock reports, Income & Expenditure entries.
Filing vouchers, good received and various paper-work
Accounting software entries.
Preparation of supporting documents & Vouchers.
Making TT/LC & cooperating with Bank.
Prepare memos, letters and other correspondences as & when required.
Undertake other administrative and financial tasks as required.
Monthly Bank, Customer & Vendor Reconciliation.
