Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain all the transactions regarding finance up-to-date.
Maintain different ledgers and cash book daily update (party, agent and staff).
Prepare financial statement of the organization and keep record up-to-date.
To timely checking the outstanding payment & issuing the correspondence to the customers.
To check the cash book for the authenticity of cash transaction.
To review the taxation matters timely and assure the timely deposit of various taxes and timely filling of tax return with the assistance of partners.
Prepare various voucher and ledger regarding the payment and receipt.
Daily book-keeping and preparing other transaction.
