  • Must have minimum 2-3 years of work experience in travel agency.
  • He/she should have sound knowledge of reconciliation and Income Tax and all the Government related statutory compliance.
  • Should have strong communication skill.
  • Should be skilled on Cash management (e.g. bank account reconciliations, management of funds transfers to and from accounts), Financial reporting (e.g. monthly management reports), Budget maintenance (e.g. tracking actual), Accounts administration (e.g. monitoring of payments, periodical reconciliations)
  • Excellent in computer application MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Tally Accounting Software.
  • Should have knowledge of VAT and TAX
  • Should possed Good communication and wriiten skills as well as presentation and listening skills.
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure

Job Description

  • Handle all transactions related to accounts.
  • Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
  • Should monitor and support taxation issues.
  • Support the creation and implementation of account plans to retain and grow existing business.
  • Renewal of documents related to travel agency.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
  • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
