• Independently managing of office work
• Processing bank deposits reconciling financial statements

• Assure timely and accurate invoicing to clients
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements
• Analyze and reconcile TDS statements
• Accounts Receivable follow up with customers on outstanding payments
• Account Payable keep track of vendor invoice payments and make payments accordingly
• Invoice reconciliation for all the customers on a regular basis
• Reconciliation of TDS
• Data Entry of all accounts
• Good Knowledge in Tally ERP 9. Should be proficient in MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook,
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records/ financial statements/ accounts receivable/ accounts payable/ invoice processing/ petty cash/ cash management/ cash book and attendance records maintenance
• Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts
• Party reconciliations on monthly basis of major parties
• Payables and Receivables Management
• Review BRS, Account Reconciliations
• Petty cash management
• Daily accounts reconciliation
• Employee individual income tax calculations for TDS deductions
• Preparation of invoices as per the VAT rates applicability
• Co-ordination with auditors in filing of Statutory/Tax Filings
