• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from a reputed University
  
• Must have 2 or more years of relevant work experience in a reputed company
  
• Must have good knowledge of operating Accounting software packages
  
• Must be willing to learn the software package employed by the Company
  
• Must be able to employ analytics to create meaningful management reports on a timely basis
  
• Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
  
• Must have strong knowledge of the statutory taxes applicable in the country
  
• Must have strong knowledge of Banking processes and transactions in order to perform the duties as defined above (see Job Description)
  
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Must be proficient in the use of English and Nepali language – both spoken and written
  
• Should have a valid driver’s license and be must own a two-wheeler

Salary:

• Rs. 20,000-30,000/-  per month including PF, Gratuity and allowances depending on competency
