  • Provide as back-up for marketing department for trouble shooting in terms of software provided to the clients.
  • Provide support to support staffs.
  • Implement new project by coordinating with Software manager by providing all the project description like project nature, market, deadline etc for recommendation and implementation of the project.
  • Provide training to staffs required after completion of new software development.
