Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reports To: Marketing Manager
Tenure: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

Develop and publish engaging content, primarily for TikTok
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotional activities
Prepare, maintain, and analyze marketing and promotional reports
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department
Collect and summarize customer movie reviews
Conduct mystery customer assignments as required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management, preferably with a specialization in Marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) for business purposes
Basic understanding of marketing principles
Creative and analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Aptitude / Interests

Strong interest in social media trends and engagement
Preference for a modern and inclusive work environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly

Stipend: NPR 6,000 per month + Lunch and Movie pass
