We are a growing and reputable organization committed to maintaining high standards of financial transparency and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Officer to manage day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate financial records.

Reporting To: Finance Manager – Head Office, Team Quest

Areas of Responsibility

Prepare Daily Sales / Collection Reports for daily cash management.
Prepare TDS / VAT statements and fill them up in the IRD portal.
Reconcile Party Ledgers, Bank Statements, Entertainment Tax and Film Development Tax (FDT).
Bills / Voucher entry in accounting software.
Update the Sales and Purchase Register.
Comply with Tax Law and visit the Tax Office as per requirement.
Prepare Financial, Internal, and Final Audit Report and Budget for Facility.
Coordinate with the Facility Management Team for petty cash expenses, inventory reports, and daily sales management.
