We are looking for an Account Officer, who could be responsible and accountable for keeping book of accounts and preparing monthly financial reports for the company. As Account Officer, you must support in preparation of annual budget and capital budgeting plan, oversee budget and their continuous review across all departments. You will require to proficient knowledge of account and financial statement, managerial accounting, Tax and VAT compliant to prevailing government laws.

Budgeting and implementation
Personal income tax and Corporate tax planning
Cash and bank transaction management
Possess proficient financial and managerial accounting skill
Ability to undertake accounting jobs in tally
Financial support program planning

Job Description

Prepare book keeping and financial statements periodically
Preparing Journal Vouchers, maintaining Ledgers and books of accounts in accounting software for compliance with Income Tax Regulations and VAT Act of Nepal
Follow measures to comply with terms and conditions of the Contract and applicable laws at the time of making any expenditure.
Assist auditors to Audit of Financial statements
Plan and implement Personal Income Tax and Corporate Tax
Support management to plan and prepare budget with current financial situation of company
Manage Cash including Petty cash and bank transaction
