We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team at Taleju Boutique Hotel. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and providing financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, previous work experience in the hotel industry, proficiency in using Tally software, and preferably experience with WebHMS software.

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor cash flow and manage the hotel's working capital, ensuring proper liquidity.
• Conduct regular internal audits to identify and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring their professional development.
