Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for account-related matters.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
