• Issue invoices to the individual customers on behalf of resellers
• Issue invoices to the major customers and NSPs from Broadlink and ensure the delivery of those invoices
• Track the deposits from various customers and resellers regularly
• Update the Panel Top Ups and Bank deposits and maintain party ledgers of resellers
• Verifying the payments from the resellers and maintain records accordingly
• Follow up on payments from parties with receivable balances
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry in billing software, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Update designated spreadsheets with appropriate data as assigned by the manager regularly
• Ensure accurate inventory movement records and maintain inventory log books to ensure
• effective inventory management
• Perform physical store checks regularly to ensure the accuracy of the inventory management
• Report any discrepancies found in the store to respective managers
• Issuing the receipts against the payments received from the respective clients
• Assisting with the financial audits as assigned
• Assisting with other accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Keeping entry and maintaining the ledger of the customer’s deposits
• Verifying the payments, amounts and records
